Oben Group, a leading global company in the production of high-quality flexible packaging solutions, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the film manufacturing facility for flexible packaging of Mexican Agusa Group, including the KristaFilm brands and portfolio of BOPP, CPP, metallized, and PE films. The plant includes 6 manufacturing lines and is located in the city of Monterrey, Mexico.

The acquisition represents a strategic expansion of Oben’s production capabilities in North America and will allow the company to meet the growing demand improving its service and portfolio for customers.
