At Oben Holding Group we are committed to generating spaces for continuous improvement where our collaborators have the opportunity to propose projects that improve our production and administrative processes.

Under this concept, this year the 3rd edition of the Continuous Improvement Fair was held at our Opp Film Peru plant, where employees shared continuous improvement initiatives in a two-day internal event, held under the auspices of several of our providers.

To date, Opp Film Perú employees have presented more than 170 continuous improvement projects that have contributed to boosting the efficiency of the company and the Oben Group, one of our corporate values.
